Brooks Restaurant has been a Florida landmark for over 25 years. New for 2009: Our "No Surprise Menu" starting at just $29.75 per person (plus tax and gratuity). All entrees are priced as part of a three-course meal and include a selected bottle of wine per couple, and coffee or tea. Appetizers included are Lobster Bisque, Caesar Salad, Portobello Quesadilla, classic Escargot, Asparagus and Tomato Salad and Baby Back Ribs. (Scallops Benedict, Chesapeake Crab Cake and Key West Shrimp Cocktail are available too for a supplement of $3.00 each). For your Main Plate, choose from Tournedos of Beef, Grilled Salmon, Root Beer Glazed Pork Chop or Bell and Evans Chicken Breast. There are many other entrees - Rack of Lamb, Filet Mignon and Chilean Sea Bass - available as well, for a small supplement ranging from $3 to $18.00. And for dessert, try our new Tahiti Vanilla Crème Brulee, Rocky Road Baked Alaska, or one of our signature "light as air" soufflés .
